Furniture Distribution
Anyone who lives or works in Sanibel or Captiva is welcome to come to our Furniture Distribution, a FISH of SANCAP and United Way program. Important details: -All participants have 7 minutes to select their items. -3 items per household. -This program is free, thanks to United Way, F.I.S.H., and donors. -Volunteers and staff are not permitted to lift, please plan accordingly. Islanders, friends and family are invited to the community-wide FISH OF SANCAP Friendly Faces Luncheon, scheduled for Tues., May 14 beginning at 11:00am. Sanibel Deli will provide lunch, complimentary to all guests. Giveaways and interactive group games are included. Monthly luncheons are held at the Sanibel Recreation Center, 3880 Sanibel-Captiva Road. A virtual option is also available. In partnership with the American Red Cross, we’re offering an Emergency Preparedness and CPR Training event at the Sanibel Community House on Mon., May 20 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. The event is open to the entire community, up to 90 people.
