Helping Neighbors: Island Businesses supports FISH OF SANCAP’s 12th Annual 10K Race 4 F.I.S.H. as Si
Several island businesses, including Dan Hahn Custom Builders, John Grey Painting, Kym Mason Interiors and Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts are supporting FISH OF SANCAP through sponsorship of the 10K Race 4 F.I.S.H., a virtual road race for 2020.
Dan Hahn Custom Builders is a full-service construction firm specializing in new residential homes and remodeling on Sanibel and Captiva islands. Whether starting from the ground up or remodeling an existing home, Hahn Custom Builders can help. They specialize as experts on local building codes, green building practices and the latest hurricane building material and procedures.
John Grey Painting is a full service company that renovates, decorates, and paints homes or businesses. They are family owned and operated, and have been in business since 1967 serving the Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers area.
Kym Mason Interiors offers complete Interior Design services, as well as home accessories, linens, lamps and other luxuries. Kym is deeply embedded in the Sanibel and Captiva Island communities and supports organizations that enrich the lives of the community.
Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts SCBR owns and operates four of Sanibel and Captiva Island’s top beach resorts that comprise more than 300 quality accommodations, from beachfront suites to classic seaside cottages; a luxury vacation home rental company; four destination restaurants; and two marinas. The 10K Race is virtual this year, and runners can participate and log their time at any point from when they register through October 31st. Registration is open through the Fort Myers Track Club at ftmyerstrackclub.com. Cost is $40 for those who register before Oct. 20, prices increase after Oct. 20 at 11:59pm EDT. Participating runners will receive a dri-fit shirt, with the Hortoon 10K logo on the front, as well as a matching face covering which will be mailed to directly to them. New incentives this year include a refund of registration fee to a runner if they fundraise $250 or more (excluding processing fees). Additionally, for every five referrals a runner makes to others who sign up, they receive a $20 discount (half-off).
FISH provides services to anyone who lives, works or visits Sanibel and Captiva Islands as the only wrap-around social service agency provider.
